Unclaimed Dividend

The Dividend declared and distributed by the Company to its shareholders which remains unclaimed gets accumulated with the Company. Dividends that are not encashed or claimed , within seven years from the date of its transfer to the unpaid dividend account, will, in terms of the provisions of Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013, be transferred to the Investors Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) established by the Government of India. The Dividend transferred to IEPF Authority can be claimed back from IEPF Authority only.

Unpaid/ unclaimed dividend for the Financial Year 2011-12 for which 7 (Seven) Years was completed on 5th November,2019 has already been transferred to the IEPF Authority. The details of unpaid/unclaimed dividend for the Financial Year 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12 already transferred to IEPF Authority are as follows:

According to Section 124 (6) and the IEPF (Investor Education protection Fund) Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Amendment Rules, 2017 as amended from time to time, the Company has already transferred the shares in respect of which the dividend has not been paid or claimed by the shareholders for 7 (seven) consecutive years to the IEPF authority on 4th December, 2019. The shares transferred to IEPF Authority can be claimed back from IEPF Authority only. The details of the shares transferred to IEPF Authority for the Financial Year 2009-10 ,2010-11 and 2011-12 are as follows:
